I purchased a Marvel Bonnel Spring mattress 2 years back. Its in a lifetime warranty (though its like 75% after 1 year and so on). In 2 years only, some of the springs have bent. After calling there customer care for 3-4 times, they sent a person Arun who said that springs have broken. He gave his number and told that he will get back, which he never did and didnt pick phone either. Later again after calling customer care 5-6 times, they gave a landline number 080-65676907.
I called up and it was the same person. First he said he will call back in 10 mins which I knew he never will. Then after again calling for 3-4 times, he told to mail the bill copy and he will get back tommorrow. Example of a pathetic customer service.
My advice: stay away from kurlon. There product may be good, but whats the point if you have nowhere to go if a problem arises.I
